How do I add and/or change my delivery address?

If you would like to permanently change your address, please follow these instructions:

1. Sign in to your FFF account

2.  Navigate to the 'Account Info' tab

3. In the 'Delivery address' section, click 'Edit' on the Primary Address

4. Enter in your postcode and then click 'Check Postcode'

5. Enter in your address, the name of the address (Save Address As), and very clear delivery instructions. If necessary, you can upload a photo of how to access the address/where to leave the bag

6. Click 'Save' to confirm your changes

Please bear in mind that all changes take two business days to come into effect.

 

If you would like to update your address for just a few deliveries, please follow these instructions:

1. Sign in to your FFF account

2.  Navigate to the 'Account Info' tab

3. In the 'Delivery address' section, click 'Add'

4. Enter in your postcode and then click 'Check Postcode'

5. Enter in your address, the name of the address (Save Address As), and very clear delivery instructions. If necessary, you can upload a photo of how to access the address/where to leave the bag

6. Click 'Save' to confirm your changes

7. Navigate to the 'Manage Delivery' tab under 'My Order'

8. Click on the day/s you'd like to change (you can only change one day at a time)

9. Click 'Change Location'

10. Click the address you would like the order to go to 

11. Click 'Change Address' to confirm your changes
