      How do I disable auto-renew?

      1. Sign in to your FFF account

      2. Navigate to the 'Account Info' tab

      3. Click 'Manage Subscription' (if not using a computer, look for the clipboard icon ) 

      4. Click 'I do not want my plan to auto-renew on XX-XX-XXXX'

      5. Select the 'Cancel Subscription Reason' and then enter any further relevant details in the 'Please Provide Further Details' box

      5. Click 'Cancel Rolling Subscription'

      6. Click 'Cancel Rolling Subscription' when it takes you to the next screen to confirm your changes

      Please note, that you cannot disable auto-renew when your order is on 'Pause'. You will first need to resume your order in the 'Manage Delivery' tab of your account.
