How do I get the refund back for my cooler bag?

Upon completion of your plan, FFF will arrange to collect the final cooler bag on the next available delivery date following your final delivery (eg, if your final delivery is on Friday, the collection will be scheduled for Sunday night). If this doesn't work, you can book another date through in the 'Account Info' tab of your FFF account as shown below:

Once we have received the final bag back, the driver will inform the team of this so that they can process the refund for you. 

Please note that if the final cooler bag is not collected at this time, and you do not arrange for an alternative collection night within 5 days, the bag charge becomes non-refundable from this point.
