How do I pause my plan indefinitely?

1. Sign in to your FFF account

2. Navigate to the 'Manage Delivery' tab under 'My Order'

3. Click the 'Pause Order' button

4. Select the date you would like your order to be paused from

5. Select whether you would like to pause the order until further notice or to a selected date

6. Click 'Confirm' to confirm your changes

Please bear in mind that we require two business days of notice to pause orders. 

When you are ready to resume your order, you can do so by following the same instructions as above, but instead of clicking 'Pause Order', click 'Resume Order'.
