Please leave the cooler bag out each night you are expecting a delivery and the driver will collect it when he drops off your fresh food.
After your subscription has ended, leave it out on the next night that we would normally deliver, (Sunday-Thursday) and your driver will collect it on his usual round. After your final bag has been collected, we will process the £25 refund.
