If you choose not to include breakfast meals, you will receive all lunch and dinner style meals. For instance, if you choose a 3-meal per day plan with no breakfast, you will receive 3 lunch and dinner style meals.
Please note, it isn't possible to have just two meals per day, so if you don't want a breakfast meal and you don't want an extra lunch/dinner meal, the best option would be to contact us directly and we can change you over to the Office Plan, which contains 2 meals, a snack, and a juice, and is the same price as the 3-meal plan.
