For our London service, we deliver daily from Monday to Friday and all deliveries are made overnight, between 10:00 pm and 06:00 am. Deliveries can occur at any time in this delivery window- a specific time slot cannot be selected. If you would like food for the weekend then we can supply you with multiple bags on the Friday drop. You can select your default delivery pattern on the order form, as well as change it through the client login area at any time.
We also have a timed delivery service, which is available to select central city postcodes. This delivery takes place between 07:00 am and 10:00 am, at a charge of £5 per delivery. If this service is available to your postcode, you will be given the option to select this on the order form.
Deliveries for all areas outside of London take place from Tuesday to Friday only, there is no Monday delivery. There is also no delivery on any day following a public holiday. Delivery will be made between 06:00 am - 12 pm each day and can occur at any time in this delivery window, a specific time slot cannot be selected.
